To promote the speed of DD's new On-the-Go app, we created the World's Fastest Dunkin' Run. The campaign was aptly described as "bonkers" by Adweek, and quickly gained over 11MM views while increasing new app users by 44%.

In addition to my Creative Direction/Art Direction duties in front of the camera, I also co-directed the campaign. We won a Gold Clio and made 5 Cannes Lions Shortlists. Plus 50+ press mentions reaching 1.7 billion readers.

This site puts a premium on design, style and simplicity -- and is Buick's most successful digital platform to date. A Webby Honoree and Awwwards SOTD.

A roadtrip in the Buick Regal inspires indie pop band Hellogoodbye to write, compose and record an original track in 48 hours.  

Originally assigned as a car speaker demo, instead we created compelling content that changed brand perception while generating buzz.

This online experience, set in an interactive arctic landscape, educated users on how their daily activities impact the environment. It was the pitch-winning idea and centerpiece of National Grid's Power of Action campaign -- and even inspired schools in the Northeast to develop lesson plans around the site.

Floe went on to win MITX Best of Show, W3 Gold and FWA Site of the Day. 

During the Great Recession, we were tasked with launching Timberland Pro's Endurance Boot. Our solve? Position Timberland Pro as committed to helping blue-collar workers both physically and economically.

The campaign resulted in 31% growth in Endurance sales in ad-supported markets -- and won gold at the New England Hatch Awards for integrated campaign and national TV.

We pit Influencer vs Influencer in a trick shot tournament during March Madness. Propelled by fan votes, one winner would remain.

Despite a very limited production and media budget, the tourney generated engagement totaling 3.9 million, reach of 4.8 million -- including rich media execution with 2x interaction rate and 4x activity completion of previous benchmark.

Assignments don't get better than launching a demolition tool called the FUBAR. We had a blast making this site, and so did users who experienced it. 

In the section called "Your Turn", visitors can upload a photo of anything they want to destroy. The site won Best User Experience and Best Consumer Goods at MITX and was a Cannes Cyber-Lion Finalist.

"Ellie Kemper Helps Buick Get Quirky For Millennial Love" was how Adweek described this fun campaign. That about sums it up.

This poster campaign launched the first app for any casino in the world.

We partnered with Actv8 to create the world's first brand integration where an ipad literally listens to a broadcast TV show live and offers augmented content on the fly.

With so many environmental movements out there, our challenge was to make the cause to protecting the ocean feel more personal. We created a digital experience where users were invited to adopt a specific plot of the ocean that their pledge would protect. We then directed them to visit their plot on Google Earth and proudly wear their plot's GPS coordinates on a one-of-a-kind t-shirts printed with each person's plot's coordinates on it. 

To highlight the benefits of buying GM Certified Used, we showed the absurdity of buying from a private seller with a series of unscripted hidden-camera films. The digital experience housing this content puts you in the surveillance van --where you can also view behind-the-scene featurettes, or play director with a game that allows you to switch between different camera angles in realtime during an ambush.

Used Car Ambush was a Creativity Pick of the Day, a Webby Honoree and snagged Best Use of Video at MITX.

Our redesign of buick.com for desktop and mobile resulted in peak ForeSee Customer Satisfaction scores in the 80s -- the kind of scores you'd expect from Apple or Amazon, but not an automaker. 

We were pitching Foxwoods Resort & Casino, the largest casino in North America during a recession. Our challenge was to demonstrate all there was to do at Foxwoods besides gaming. So we challenged ourselves to complete everything there is to do at Foxwoods in 48 hours. Two all-nighters later (OK... I'm ashamed to admit I took a quick nap on Day Two while testing the king bed) we were delirious, had a lower handicaps, and a blog with numerous semi-competent entrees describing the "Wonder of it all."

It won us the account.

We created the Camry Discovery Center to showcase the vehicle's suite of new technologies via a series of interactive exhibits. Performance enthusiasts had fun revving the engine and using the sport shift to achieve their lowest 0-60 time. Those more interested in safety, tested Camry's side-impact strength by pulling a boulder back slingshot-style, and firing it into the doors to see how the reinforced steel held up amidst the shower of glass. Like my partner said, tip of the hat to the Toyota lawyers for letting this one through!

Overseeing Buick social presented new challenges and opportunities constantly. Whether it was responding to the brand's mention in a Mad Men episode, or planned campaign support like our Surprising Performance vine series for March Madness -- we sought to raise brand opinion through engaging, relevant content.

We created a suite of web- and app-based driving games to introduce Buick's hybrid-like eAssist technology to a younger, more environmentally conscious audience. Games earned 4-stars from the App Store and positive reviews from publications like Wired.

While passionate about the work itself, I'm equally committed to seeing my creatives improve their game while under my watch. I push them hard to reach their potential and never settle, so that they can become more competitive in the field. And their inventiveness inspires and challenges me as well. I was proud to see every individual on my creative team win an industry award last year, for many it was their first.
